IFBB PRO CHECKLIST
- The IFBB Pro League has developed a new method of contract
signing and contest registration via MUSCLEWARE.
HOW TO REGISTER:
- If you haven’t created your IFBB Pro Membership account online click this link: https://www.ifbbpro.com/professional-athlete-membership-registration/
- If you already have an IFBB Pro Membership account, sign-in to your Profile here – https://www.ifbbpromembership.com/
- Once you’re logged in to your account: Click on the tab “Upcoming Contests”
- Select the contest you wish to compete in.
- Click “Register” & select your Division on the form
- Digitally sign your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release
- Your application will be forwarded to the IFBB office for review
- If/when your application is approved, you will receive a registration confirmation email from Muscleware.
- All contracts will have a deadline date of Monday of the week of the contest at 3pm EST.
- Book your hotel today. (See below)
- Make your appointment with our exclusive Tanning & Makeup Company.(See below)
- Purchase tickets for friends & family.You get one set of guest tickets. If you need additional tickets…. click on the ‘Ticket Purchase’ tab right here on the show page.
- Backstage Passes are available for purchase at the competitor check-in meeting. – $100 Cash or credit card accepted.

TANNING
Pro Tan® is the Official & Exclusive Tanning, Make-Up & Hair company and the only company permitted at the host hotel, venue & backstage. Backstage services like touch-ups, oil and glue are included with all purchased Pro Tan® packages. Athletes who choose not to use Pro Tan® services but wish to receive backstage services are subject to a $25 backstage service fee onsite.

- VIP pack $240 – Artistic backstage angle and side and center angles, plus the video and rush order. You select the your fav 10 image File numbers to be edited. “ALL IMAGES + VIDEO”
- VIP no video $200 – Artistic backstage angle and unique angles, plus a rush order. You select the your fav 8 image File numbers to be edited.
- A pack $180 – Dedicated backstage coverage and unique angles. You select the your fav 8 image File numbers to be edited.
- B pack $160 – All of your pics from the morning and evening except for the rear VIP. You select the your fav 8 image File numbers to be edited.

MUSIC
If your division has an individual music routine, you are limited to 3 minutes or less. You must bring your music on a USB or CD to the Competitor Check-in on Friday.
COMPETITOR BADGE
You will receive a Competitor Badge at the Competitor Meeting that will allow you entrance to all the events and will allow you to sit in the GENERAL SEATING area during the bodybuilding show. IMPORTANT: Do not lose or misplace your competitor badge. You will not be able to enter the venue or compete without it.
GUEST TICKETS
You will receive 1 set of tickets for 1 guest: (1) General Seating ticket NPC / IFBB Pro Prejudging + (1) General Seating ticket NPC / IFBB Pro Finals. Your general seating ticket includes EXPO admission. Your Guest Tickets will be given to you at the Competitor Meeting.

BACKSTAGE PASS $100
A Backstage Pass can be purchased at the competitor meeting or at the VIP Ticketing area the day of the show (limited # available). Must show your IFBB/NPC card to purchase. You will need to purchase a ticket (General or VIP Ticket) to the show to enter the venue. The backstage pass is separate, and does not get you into the venue, it only gets you backstage. – Cash or credit card accepted.
No Trainers, Friends or Family are allowed back stage, unless they purchase a backstage pass. For liability purposes, they must also be a member of the IFBB/NPC with an NPC or IFBB Pro card.
